Hours of Operation:

FALL 2025 Hours

Monday:          10:30am to 12:00pm

Tuesday:         12:45pm to 2:00pm

Wednesday:    10:30am to 12:00pm

Thursday:       12:45pm to 2:00pm

Friday:           -closed-

Reservations:

Students will only be allowed to reserve equipment for one (1) day at a time. Students who need to reserve equipment for longer will need to provide an email from the instructor granting special permission.

Equipment Room Rules:

1.  Always bring your ID to the equipment room for checkouts and returns. 

2.  Make a reservation for the gear you need PRIOR to going to the equipment room.   

3.  All gear is due back to the equipment room 1 HOUR before closing.

4.  Any reserved gear NOT picked up by 11:45am (M,W) or 1:45pm (T,R) will be given to students at the equipment room (your reservation will be removed from the system). 

5.  The person who checks out the equipment MUST be the one that returns it. NO EXCEPTIONS (the person who checks out the gear is legally responsible for it). 

From Brad Pfranger: "It is in your best interest to act professional when dealing with the equipment room staff.  Anything less than that will not be tolerated. Do not test me on this. I will ban anyone who verbally assaults the staff."
